Pros

Other Staff Discount at JL and Waitrose Pay at Real National Living Wage Partner Dining Room

Cons

Understaffed - lots of people leaving and not enough being hired. having to do other jobs to cover the gaps Underpaid - been told budgets are "too tight" for a pay rise Difficult hours - very hard to change your hours and requesting holiday Often on the receiving end of customers' abuse when they are unhappy about something, despite being able to do nothing about it. Managers - all the decent ones have left. favouritism shown heavily. bad attitude of some of the managers who clearly do not want to be there.
