Pros

- Great benefits, including annual bonus and large discounts at Waitrose and John Lewis when shopping online and in-store - Feedback and praise from managers makes you feel valued and lets you know how you're getting on - Plenty of opportunities to have your voice heard - Able to wear earphones when working out-of-hours

Cons

- Poor communication and laziness from my selfish Section Manager (at the time) during a certain period meant that I received a P45 and lost access to Partner Link after my 3 month temporary contract, even though my manager wanted to keep me on. I wasn't paid for nearly 3 months!
