Pros

- Good working environment, lots of nice people - Support from each level of staff - Able to be flexible in overtime etc

Cons

- Limited progression for staff who have worked there for years. Many of the supervisors were brought in as new staff when they should concentrate on veteran staff that would like to progress.

Good working conditions and some good benefits. 15% Waitrose discount, 25% John Lewis (Not on electricals)

Cons

Despite being seen as an upmarket supermarket, the pay is lower than most other supermarkets
