Pros

Plenty of overtime, flexible shift changes, easy promotion, and sensitive to needs employee may have if you don't overdo it.

Cons

Don't be confused between "partner" and "shareholder". The wording is clever but by no means do new partners get shares or dividends etc. You get a bonus, but many other companies give them to employees, they just don't use it as a promotional tool.
