great pay in comparison to other supermarkets; bonus is great and really good for a part-time job

Cons

a lot of favouritism among managers; eihter they like you or not and thayt determines whther you get promorted

Pros

Generous salary including time and a half on a Sunday. Constant training. Only employ genuine and reliable people so easy to get on with everyone on all levels of seniority.

Can be stressful during peak times

Pros

Good pay for the industry Staff are seen as partners not merely employees % bonus depending on year performance Everyone gets same % bonus regardless of their position Good bonding and team activities outside of work.

Cons

Lots of wasted food which you are not allowed to take or sell. Should provide to food banks instead.
