Pros

Great for young people, really nice social atmosphere amongst employees. nice customers if your working in a decent location. If your willing to do your work to a good standard and not complain then you'll enjoy working here.

Cons

Pay could be better, but its decent for what it is.

Pros

Good bonus which is tax free in your first year of employment but the amount of bonus depends on the overall John Lewis Partnership profits.

Cons

Very little opportunity to learn new skills if you are a full time employee

Pros

Good starting pay. Bonus every year if you have been working longer than 3 months. Good, fun and nice employees.

Cons

No communication from top to bottom, should encourage this. Only annual reviews. Could have more social events, like sports days.
