      Pros

      Discounted food in the canteen, staff shopping in the warehouse for damaged/out of date products, everyone was lovely and v approachable

      Cons

      Customer service Manager was ignorant to the younger staff but lovely to elder staff (he was gay but very flirtatious)

      Pros

      There were good benefits, including an annual bonus, John Lewis partnership scheme, and good staff discount. The staff in the shop that I worked were friendly, and there was generally a good atmosphere.

      Cons

      In my opinion the shop was poorly managed, especially the home delivery department, which didn't seem to have any one person responsible for running the department. A lot of the responsibility fell onto the staff working within the department, which was quite stressful at times and caused quite a few staff to end up having time off or changing department.

      good pay for students working hours where convinient flexibility with hours bonus every year depending on hours worked

      Cons

      some staff were laid back and had not received proper training so did not complete their tasks to a good standard
