Pros

Good company culture, great atmosphere and good pay. One of the best retail jobs you could get due to their partner system with a share of the profits through the bonus.

Cons

Managers can be demanding especially when they want to hit their targets. Also not much of career prospects due to competition in-store with fellow employees.

Pros

Friendly people, positive environment and customer interactions. I think it is the best supermarket to work for with its emphasis on customer satisfaction and talking to people.

Cons

I was told over and over again by management that even though my contract was until Christmas that I was very likely to have my contract renewed. Then a week before Christmas I was told they would not be keeping me on. I was also not the only one, about 4 other people ended up in a similar situation.
