Pros

- Everyone was friendly (bosses etc.) - There were a lot of opportunities provided to take a lead role or advance your career if you wished

Cons

Not really too much I can think of. Sometimes the training wasn't really legit - i.e meat and fish counter training didn't cover everything > had to learn on the job

Pros

Really invest and care about you. Their bonus scheme is set up so that the harder you work, the larger the bonus you get.

Cons

I can't think of anything that sticks out too much in my mind that would make it a bad place to work.
