Pros

all the staff were really friendly, they made it feel like a family after 6 months you get a discount card you get a yearly bonus and your wages do go up quite quickly i can't think but i didn't really have any problems at all I stopped working there because I had to move home

Cons

The only problem i found was rude customers but i guess thats something that we'll all get

Pros

Good salary and the bonus every march is great! Partners are nice, training is excellent and in depth, they have a buddy system for new starters which helps you feel really supported.

Cons

Working on checkouts obviously meant that you have less time to make friendships with other partners because you're chatting to customers all day but the branch organises nights out and other social events to combat this.
