Pros

The company is super ethical in how it approaches things. Every person who works there is a 'partner' basically a stockholder which means that around march each year everyone (including those part time etc.) get a bonus depending on the profits of their company. For the years I was working there I got a 11-18 % bonus every year despite only working weekends. There were other benefits such as getting money to learn stuff however I did not use this. They provided you with a uniform and there was always a large staff area to change and have lunch etc. All the staff were friendly.

Cons

Not many bad things to say. I really liked the people I worked with but on food service in one of my stores we were under staffed and you would have to run around a lot however in another store this was different.
