Flexible Hours, nice people, partner benefits and end of year bonus.

Cons

Repetitive Job, Department managers who actually have no idea what people 'at the bottom of the ladder' have to put up with i.e understaffing.

Pros

Great family culture, manageable workload with likeminded co-workers, reasonable expectations from management with exceptional employee benefits and care , overall great place to work.

Cons

Sometimes expectations to cover overtime slots were pretty high, especially for a part time student however it could be argued that for those with the time this provides a great opportunity for extra pay.
