Good conditions, not flexible on hours!

Pros

Pay was relatively ok, made better by the bonus we would recieve at the end of the year, depending on busines performance. There would also always be work available if you wanted it.

Cons

The fleibility of the company really needed to be looked at. Being in part-time employment, one would think that flexibility would be a key part of the role. However I found it particularly difficult to ever change my rota, or to get cover.

Sometimes hard to reach for example when he's on holiday, only available by telephone, not available by email
