Pros

Contracted to do 8 hours per week, but easily found over time of up to 39 hours a week. This is great as you can choose when and how much you want to work. Very friendly environment. Cooked breakfast. Short contract for the duration of the summer holidays.

Cons

No free parking for staff.

Pros

Worked in customer service - great pay, including bonus, and the employee benefits were the best that I have ever seen. Great pride between colleagues.

Cons

The emphasis on great customer service can sometimes make you as the employee feel undervalued, and I found I was often undermined in the face of extremely rude customers.
