Pros

Great team, full of young people, great for when needing a bit of money throughout college and university. Ability to take just a few hours a week.

Cons

Not easy to change hours when desired, little chance for progression within the company (even though they say there is)

Good bonus, 10% this year Opportunity to increase pay with performance Good discount at waitrose and john lewis Plenty of partnership perks such as money back for tickets

Cons

Salary is slightly less that other supermarkets Rarely have people to cover shifts Holidays commonly double booked
