Pros

Really good pay, I have hours that suit studying five days a week, and the people I work with are really nice. Management are polite and do recognise your effort in the yearly appraisals.

Cons

None that I can think of other than a very small percentage of employees seem to not really care, and do nothing, which can impact how much work you can get done

Pros

Very much team-oriented with an emphasis on staff taking on responsibility and being proud of business. Flexible in hours worked/shift swapping.

Cons

Little room for progress. In particular, those who sometimes feel their hard work goes unnoticed and aren't recognised lose motivation.

Pros

Decent place to work, whilst studying.

Cons

Pay doesn't increase by much. Hard for part-time partners to prove themselves for a pay rise.
