- discount - bonus - great managers - hard work really gets recognised by management - partners working there are fantastic.

Cons

Not many cons. Customers tend to look down upon you a lot. As a supervisor, there's a lot of responsibility and i don't think the pay really reflects it.

good holidays, good pay and a really great place to work overall dependant on which section you are working on. Customer service is the best in my opinion

Cons

can be stressful at times, you need to be good under pressure and have a genuine affinity with people. If not it really isn't for you. Some customers think they are gods gift because they shop at waitrose

Pros

Most people are enthusiastic and passionate about the company, people work hard as they own the company and there is a really good discount.

Cons

Some of management has been poor in my experience as some of them I wonder how they are even at the level that they are because they are lazy and have poor eldership skills.
