Pros

Fantastic perks and friendly. Everyday has it's challenges, you'll never be bored. You are a partner and own a little bit of the business, which in turn gives you great pride.

Cons

Some obscure hours and can be very stressful. Hours can change at last minute and some tasks are menial.
