Yearly bonus from profits. Close to where I live. Relatively active job. Able to work as part of a team.

Cons

Not much chance for career progression. Favouritism for people to do certain tasks. Rude customers. Not much time off. Unsocial hours at times. Yearly pay review.

Good pay on the whole, quality products and nice people generally. The partnership set up is good for employees and you get good discounts.

Cons

No career opportunities so often those working very hard do not get recognised for it. Poor middle management in some cases.
