Excellent company benefits and the company cares for its employees.

Cons

Have been previously slow to react to the changing market and are now rolling new projects out too quickly.

Pros

The best part was being a co-owner of the company, meaning we all shared in the benefits and profits that the company made, and the other staff were a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The hours could sometimes be incredibly long, especially when asked to help with the night shift for the promotions change-over, and some of the customers were horrible to have to deal with. It was also tough to be able to work hard enough to be considered for a pay rise or promotion.
