Pros

Great pay with the advantage of receiving a share of the profits. There are also a lot of other bonuses to Waitrose staff.

Cons

Sometimes there are some unrealistic targets given by senior members. There is also not enough room for progression.

Pros

Has great benefits and they are always concerned about your welfare, they are friendly and offer so many things.

Cons

They always mess up the pay every month and thi makes cash flow very hard, im always under paid. This means i hae stopped doing overtime. You shoot yourself in the foot if you work hard as you will always be doing the rubbish cages at very hard deadlines. 108

Pros

Paid Training and paid cost of transport used to train in different branches. You will not be treated like Employees but as partners You get Bonus of 13% to 26% of your whole salary every-year 25% discount for staff and family Shopping in JOHN LEWIS and Waitrose Great quality of people Training provided to every new partner Flexibility Understanding Managers Multicultural If your a student or person with Children You have no clue How much company is willing to help you with any situation arising for example Exams, Missed bus or coming late due to Children Great work atmosphere Everyone is friendly, hardworking and nice You dont have to be someone to work in waitrose, All they need is good people with good moral and ethical values rest is all on waitrose they will make you best. No pressure Don't be surprised if you come across people who have been working for 10 to 30 years. People don't leave this place early because it is a best place to work In-case if you leave your job or have to go somewhere for urgency. Manager will rehire you if you have left in good terms.

Cons

Not Everyone Cup of tea as locations are mostly in posh areas and countryside Daily transport can be a problem if you don't live around 5 to 10 miles or if you have no personal car Buses have there own timing but i am pretty sure Manager will fix you in the time which is easy and suitable for you
