Pros

Good pay, discounts and benefits are good, Good opportunity’s to get overtime Good company to work for Most customers and stores are nice

Cons

Being under 20 I feel that the management really push you and put too much stress on you. Also human mistakes are not well expected, I work in reductions and have occasionally missed a few on the products, this ‘mistake’ resulted in me getting disciplinary action which is ridiculous considering that it has been no more than £10 missed... Also as well a huge lack of staff in my store there is a lack of managers that actually understand how reductions, I am often running my department on a Saturday evening as the other managers haven’t got a clue what they’re doing! I am doing this on under £8 per hour and have requested a pay rise but said that I don’t have enough responsibility for it....

Pros

The shifts that I would be working on usually had a low average age so you were working around people your age. I feel this made the shift more enjoyable as you could have more of a laugh and time would pass faster.

Cons

Heavily under staffed pretty much every shift, resulting in almost zero job satisfaction as every task had to be rushed and things would get missed out.
