Pros

Discounts, company culture, internal development, staff bonus, subsidised tickets and more!

Cons

Smaller stores offer limited progression, also check out how your store is performing, going into a bad store will only give you a bad experience and you probably will quit.

Pros

Employees share the company and its profits.

Cons

Employees are not allowed to have designer stubble beards. This was a few years ago and may have changed now.

Pros

Warm and welcoming Yearly Bonus with lots if benefits such as discounts and subsidies pay based on performance not a set rate.

Cons

Ever changing standards, its losing its sense of partnership, always brining more and more work home due to the amount being fed down to front line staff , making it harder and harder to get the balance right.
