Pros

a free sandwich at christmas

Cons

a lot of challenges. The night store manager for the saltash branch is rude speaks down to people and promotes the same traits in her . the store deliberately turned the temperature down in store overnight letting their staff get cold to save a few £££ the day staff have subsidised hot food the night staff get slightly cheaper processed ready meals. there is no hand cleaning promoted so you can be handling sausages and then picking fruit and veg. Pay is barely above minimum wage + a small increase for working nights. They say ' we are all partners' but how come the standard workers didnt get a bonus due to losses but the big bosses did?
