Pros

good money, (night shift) staff are like family.

Cons

morning staff are some of the laziest people i have ever met. morning shift has 4 workers + 1 manager, cannot complete deliveries. pick a day, its not completed, so its then left to evening staff (2 evening staff per shift) who obviously cant complete a delivery with less than half the staff of the morning shift. so this in turn gets left to night staff, where once again there is only 2 staff working, if we cannot cannot complete what was left (last night was 7 cages of chilled drinks and food + 4 cages of ambient stock). cleaning rota is complete left to night staff as well as ALL date code checks. which in our store we are now over 2 weeks behind on and over 6 weeks behind on the cleaning rota. if we complain we do not have the time to do OUR work because of how much daytimers leave for us, we get palmed off with some sorry excuss and nothing ever changes. i have been with the company about 9 months now and not once have i ever seen a manager work a night shift. they have no clue about how much we do at night yet seem to think we can do more than morning staff do with under half the staff. our store is so under staffed my 2 day a week contract has actually been me doing 4-5 days a week for over 3 months now. upper management couldn't care less about you, your nothing but a number to them.

Pros

Get away with murder in the evenings as there's often no manager and when they are there they are to afraid to manage anyone

Cons

Everyone does get away with murder as there's often no manager and when they are there they are to afraid to manage anyone
