Co workers are nice , Management are not

Pros

20% staff discount off Waitrose and John Lewis products and also discounts at hotels and days out and nice young co workers who are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Management are no good , they treat staff like Robots not Human Beings , numerous staff forced to leave due to back injuries from the heavy work load on Replenishment due to staff shortages as the main problem is the company keeps hiring college students who leave after 6 months instead of hiring older workers who would stay for a minimum of 5 years so this is a vicious cycle and one reason why Waitrose in Marlow had to close as they made same mistake of expecting 1 staff member to do the job of 3 staff members not possible.
