A poor example of management and severe lack of respect for ‘partners’

Pay is average Overtime is always available

Cons

Very under appreciated No respect from the higher ups Overtime is always available due to the severe lack of staff Nothing matters other than making money (especially not staff) Very quick turnover of staff Being called a partner actually means nothing and makes no difference, but they will expect more from you.

Good benefits & pay. Okay progression if you’re willing to work for it.

Cons

Upper management turn a blind eye to how partners are doing. Only care about the KPIs. As long as the work is getting done they don’t look at the shortcuts made or the effort people have put in. Promotions often seem to be based on if your face fits/if you’re friends with DBMS.

Pros

Listen to music. Once you are using initiative and are trusted with autonomy you can be as antisocial as you want. Saying that the staff are all great to work with. Good pay.

Cons

Was told about graduate schemes, working the same section so you are familiar with where things go. Neither of these things exist.
