Thank you for the 5 star review! It is great to hear that your first job was such an enjoyable experience, and that you would love to be part of the Partnership again. I hope that this is a wish that comes true, as you have really embraced the Partnership “Spirit”. I would like to wish you every success in your next role.

Pros

None. In the past the bonus was easily the best benefit.

Cons

Incompetent managers, micro management of 'partners', favoritism, ignorance of employee rights. The constant smoke and mirrors pr stunt of a 'bonus' is laughable. Company has lost its way entirely.

Cons

Poor management, working atmosphere isn't great, no culture/people development + bad planning/strategy
