Very, I mean very understandable people, always ready to help and help you out whatever your situation is (Head Office only!) Year bonus (from your to year lower but it is)

Cons

So-called 'management' that cannot cope with stress and pass it over to partners Biased approach to some partners People with spasm on their face instead of genuine smile that makes you feel you live in a virtual world Again so-called 'management' promising pies in the sky with development ending up with no support whatsoever.

Pros

Partner discount, overtime often available, often pick up cheap food.

Cons

Mismanagement, poor discipline that became progressively worse because management couldn't be bothered to deal with. Little chance of progression unless you're management's flavour of the month.

Pros

Experience allowed across multiple roles, and dynamic working, as well as good pay for a college student. Most staff at the same level of power were friendly, and willing to help.

Cons

Management weren't understanding of personal issues, and seemed to push partners too hard so make themselves look good for their line manager, as well as not being sympathetic for new partners, and not accepting slowness when trying a new job.
