Pros

Being a partner, having knowledge of company success, getting 25% discount at John Lewis, 15% with waitrose and heaps elsewhere

Cons

Antisocial hours (but it is retail!) lots of redundancies across retail as a whole. Sometimes there's a lot of talk about development and not a lot of action

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, possibility to progress if that's what you want

Cons

Management disorganised with rotas, clear favoritism of certain people, the way they try to force you to do overtime is a complete joke
