      Pros

      Paid Vacation for FT, Most Managers work with employees scheduling needs, Opportunity for Advancement

      Cons

      Stores usually understaffed, Pharmacy doubly so. This leads to being pulled and stretched everywhere. Pay would be OK if not for this, but the workload and stress quickly overcomes pay acceptance. Raises done yearly based on review, no one gets a perfect review no matter how perfect, so the review system seems skewed.

      Pros

      Something of a relaxed atmosphere when upper management is not asking for something unreasonable and for entry level positions that are able and willing to perform their roles

      Cons

      Raises have been bad/non existent recently and we are being asked for more with fewer people to do them when our reporting tools are still not reliable and don't give the view we used to have before switching to Genesys
