Pros

They feed you sometimes on holidays.

Cons

You are pressured to produce but you are set up for failure from the beginning. Doing better just means you get paid the same as other who do less than you. You won’t be treated like a person just a number. They will hide changes to your schedule for weeks then at the last minute expect you to reorganize your life around work. You will be belittled by upper management. There is not upward growth from the cenfill or microfill jobs. Turnover is constant because they don’t pay as much as the competitors. There is no work life balance

Pros

Great team members Benefits are okay

Cons

Management does not care about the leads or team members, both on and off the job. Sacrifice ethics and morality to prove points and for their bonuses

Pros

Very fair to all employees and treats each with respect and dignity. If you want extra work, it is available. If you do not you do not have to work extra.

Cons

The only downside is when it comes to getting vacation time because it goes by seniority which if you are new can be difficult.
