      Pros

      My job is flexible. As long as you follow policy and procedures your employment here should be smooth sailing. I enjoy my job. There is always room for advancement. I started out as a data entry technician. Worked that position until August of 2022 and got offered to do that position at home. I didn't like the isolation of the wah position so I interviewed for the Function Lead position and got it. I've been in this position since March now and couldn't be happier.
