Pros

Pay rate for education level is great. Work varies from day to day. Ability to be flexible with schedule (mostly).

Cons

Training is lackluster at best, with little to no development opportunities. As the company grows, so does the bureaucracy that hampers one's ability to fix issues.

Horrible entitlement of employees. Many are lazy and try to do as little as possible which angers those that actually Do a good Job
