Pros

The pay is the only reason I could ever imagine working at Walgreens, there is literally no other reason for a qualified person to work for Walgreens.

Cons

There is zero communication, each store/district/distribution center is operated individually which causes some confusion when it comes to issues of HR and consistancy.

Pros

Reasonable salary. Able to purchase merchandise at cost.

Cons

Inadequate training. Unreasonable expectations. Unprofessional and uneducated senior managers. Poor capacity planning for distribution centers. Inadequate technology and support systems. People are treated very poorly. Senior managers lack integrity.
