Great raises first few years at min 10%. No other pros to mention. Money is not everything.

Cons

Work life balance is horrible. Don't care about employees. Not worth pay.

Pros

Windsor, WI distribution center has excellent leadership and although it used to be a broken team, has gotten rid of the old-school management team and is quickly moving in the right direction. If you are up for a challenge and/or willing to be part of a positive transformation, this is a great place to work!

Cons

Corporate supply chain and really corporate in general seems to be in a frenzy to correct problems made in the recent past. They have the right idea that something needs to be fixed, but it doesn't appear that there is any leadership in place who knows or is willing to do what it takes to right the ship. They are headed in the right direction, but unfortunately, it seems like it may take a while.

Great opportunities for hourlies Stable schedule for warehouse

Cons

Was one of only two people that had a college degree even though when they posted jobs for advancement they wanted a degreed person for level they were at without having one. Very political in upper management at the warehouse. Benefits have gone downhill to where they have done away with things like company picnic and the christmas gift certificate. Also the profit sharing has gone from being number 1 to very low.
