Pros

Store Mgt. great with customers and employees.

Cons

Tempermental equipment in photo lab. Can not get things replaced that need to be. Get a perfect review and only receive .24 cents/hr raise. I will not make that mistake next year. I plan on taking all my breaks and doing as little as possible. I have messed up my shoulder for this company and back. Do mgt jobs and work with software that does not work half the time.

Pros

Usually the co-workers are nice and management is fair. They are understanding with students and flexible scheduleing is available. Thank you.

Cons

The pay is not great, it is stressful at times, only half an hour for lunch break, upper management expects a lot for a little.

Pros

Pay was competitive and guaranteed 40 hours a week. Schedule was given 3 weeks in advance as well.

Cons

company overall is not fair towards its employees. A lot of favoritism and they transfer the assistants between the stores every few months without your approval and locations can be quite far from the store you started in,
