Pros

Walgreens pays a very competitive salary. If you are lucky enough to work for a good store manager its a great job. If you get a stinker for a SM its a tough row to how.

Cons

Lack of direct connection to the person that truely controlls you potential advancement oppertunities. Again a good store manger makes or braks the job.

Pros

Location was somewhat convenient. Benefits were okay.

Cons

Terrible training. High turnover rate. Employees very unprofessional and disrespectful to others. Patient care compromised to generate larger profits. Management has no clue about daily activities and plays "favorites". Very poor communication between management and employees. Difficult to use vacation time.
