Pros

Great benefits, great pay, good job for people who like to be leaders and work with little supervision; you have support from corporate but also room to make your own decisions

Cons

LONG hours, no time off during the holidays, very demanding, the work is never done, you must be strong in both the pharmacy and the self service side of retail

Pros

Great Pay for recent college, or even HS grads Learned some valuable time management , customer service and office reporting skills. Great advancement in good economic environment.

Cons

Upper management have associate's degrees, if that. Nothing wrong with that, but it greatly showed here. Communication, whether between the store or from corporate was awful. They've frozen all hiring in most of their districts, so unless someone quits, good luck moving up. Drama, Drama, Drama. They throw trainees into the fire with little real-training, and expect them to suceed immediately.

Pros

commission sales, there is some opprotunity to promote in company as long as store manager helps/likes you, as long as you show you want to work they'll schedule you to do so

Cons

much discrimination, a lot of behind the back talk, no one owns up to not completing projects, customers treat you like garbage, a lot are mentally ill
