- you have to work really really fast, and you can't make any mistakes. this takes practice, and there's no training or tips given to you. You're basically on your own for this. some days are sooooo bad, and i hate my job because there's so many patients to look out for, and you just don't have enough time.
- there's no real training at all whatsoever, especially for things like insurance, ordering meds and supplies, patient returning meds, etc. you get your license and they just expect you to know everything, or learn everything without training.
- they push this company culture of extraordinary care, and claim they're not like every other pharmacy, but I dont see how they're not. I feel like walgreens treats their patients similarly to that of other pharmacies. they make you say phrases like 'thank you and be well', as if that helps psh.eye roll.
