Pros

Very relaxed atmosphere, opportunity to meet very interesting types of people and you can wear normal clothes.

Cons

Can be very boring and nerve racking when you need to meet your behind on meeting your quota for shop lifters a month. Pay is pretty dreadful unless you get promoted which is kind of hard considering thats what everyone wants to do. A lot of people are in line to get promoted to asset protection manager.

Pros

Steady work, steady pay, quarterly bonuses. After a year vacation, personal time, and sick time.

Cons

Working with management is a headache. Most look down on all of their employees regardless of their work performance.
