Pros

Pays really well, and will hire just about anyone

Cons

Management is no good. The managers themselves are nice, but terrible at managing. If you don't have seniority over everyone, you'll never get holidays off. They mistreat and abuse employees regularly and do nothing to help. Production is high and will only keep getting higher. Freight is heavy and unpredictable, and if you don't have seniority you will get put in more difficult areas and be told to perform well anyway. Prepare to be told exactly when to go to breaks, when to eat lunch, when to clock in and out, so on so forth. There is no autonomy whatsoever. If you have suggestions to make the work more bearable or help employees be more willing to stay (turnover rate is really bad) prepare to be blatantly ignored. One week they didn't evacuate the building during a bomb threat, and the next week they were arresting one of the managers in the building for pedophilia towards his children. If it's not one thing it's another in that hell hole. Prepare to be forced in to work overtime. If you're thinking about having a second job, don't.
