      Pros

      High paying, Great attendance policy, good bonus system, cheap insurance, good pay raise system, fair production goals, mostly good management.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING(!!!), Things change and you hear from word of mouth and never know what's true.

      Mandatory overtime, hours can get pretty long, brown nosing pays off, promotions because of who you know
