Pros

Pay is good and if your happy in the position your hired. If your "corporate" in mind set you will go far.

Cons

No room for advancement unless you have their ideals of how management should work. No communication. It's like no one really knows the correct way to do things.

Pros

401K Plan, Health benefits, Full time position. They give bonus every 3 months. It is fun to work . Friendly environment, good opportunity for growth

Cons

Cannot call out if sick. You are allowed only 3 callouts a year. Very hard to take a day off in case of sickness. They can fire you if you take three consecutive days off.
