Unethical Sales

Pros

The best part of the job was being able to clock out mentally at the end of the day. There wasn’t any work to do at home at night.

Cons

Wells Fargo has unethical sales practices. They teach you to Target those who are vulnerable to making poor financial choices so that they can push them into new loans and credit cards. The business model is focused on sales, not service. You have to offer products to every customer who comes in. Customers were often frustrated with the pestering. The good, honest, kind employees were pushed out while the aggressive, unethical employees were promoted.
