      Lot of pros and some very serious cons.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Very knowledgeable partners. Good work life balance. Technology perks are on par with industry leaders; if not better.

      Cons

      Using a market reference price for each level and using that as a basis for performance hikes. Because of that even if somebody gets a good performance rating; the hike is sub-par even when compared to the organizational average.

      Great benefits, generous Pto, 401k match of 6%. Flexible schedules depending on your business line.

      Cons

      It seems with recent light of the sales scandal Wells Fargo is throwing all their energies into making the customers happy (as they should) but the employees are taking a backseat. The company doesn't value us as much any more. Work/life balance can be non existent depending on your business line.
