Pros

The pay scales are on par with the financial industry. The company provides transport options to the employees.

Cons

this whole organisation is run like a pawn shop. There is no structure to the organisation or goals being set. The culture does not promote free thinking and inclusion.

Pros

1. Almost impossible to be fired or disciplined. 2. You’re likely in the top percentile for common sense if you have any when you start. 3. Recently branched into Space Exploration and creation of Black Holes, they are everywhere at Wells Fargo! 4. Any new opportunity seems amazing after finishing your time at Wells Fargo!

Cons

1. No accountability 2. Terrible management 3. Riddled with Nepotism 4. Promotions of Yes Men only 5. Contrary or conflicting ideas are dismissed 6. Hard work is rewarded with broken promises and nonchalance 7. Management is either non existent (usually when needed) or micro managing, not much in between 8. Your problems/concerns aren’t important , don’t expect any assistance from management. 9. Shirts are always dirty from the management and associates trying to become management stepping on your back to get ahead. 10. There are black holes everywhere, so many good careers lost...

Pros

The audit team is great at developing you into a good staff auditor. They offer plenty of training to help you learn. They have several offices throughout the country, so you can choose where you want to work and live. Wells Fargo overall has great benefits compared to previous employers. Insurance is reasonably priced, plenty of time off, and great 401k.

Cons

Audit is not allowed to work from home even though it would be easy to do so. They seem to over look internal candidates for promotions and it can be hard to get the opportunity to move up. Trying to move to another department can be hard also because they have very high standards for their required qualification.
