      Pros

      Great program software to navigate through customer interactions. Consumer lending products are great comparatively... A lot of the products sell themselves Incentive program was good.

      Cons

      Middle Management. I've never been managed by more two-faced, talk out of the side of their mouth managers than at Wells Fargo. Micromanaged but then told you're not being micromanaged... Just own it people! Promotions take forever and they low ball you with the offer... Never accept a lower salary than you deserve "just to get your foot in the door" with Wells Fargo, you will shoot yourself in the foot.

      Pros

      One of the best training programs in the business and this is recognized by other financial institutions when you are applying for other jobs.

      Cons

      Wells Fargo tends to lose sight of customer focused interactions in favor of sales oriented approaching. Seemingly a cyclical setting where after months of customer focus it wil revert to sales focus.

      Great customers, local management was Ok, Coworkers were like family. My Momma told me if I don't have anything nice to say ...

      Cons

      The "heat map", lack of ethical managers, Employees are not "robots", and people don't like their bankers to 'follow' scripts, all rules should apply to all people, "open door" policy was a joke, and "anonymous" reporting was a lie. Service measurement doesn't mean "fail" if you get one 4.
