Pros

Company had some great benefits, healthcare wasn't too coverage wise but a little pricey, 401k matching after 1year of being with the company.Free accounts for employees.

Cons

Absolute no personal/work life balance at all. I was told when I first came aboard that it would be 40 hrs a week, ended up working 50+ due to "business needs". You basically work from open to close (Example: 8:30-7:30 everyday) and not all the time do you get your full scheduled lunch time. The hours will drain you and thats not including store meetings that are called either. Its also extremely sales focused. If you don't hit the minimum requirements for the quarter you don't get a payout at all. And honestly what you make in the quarter, you could make in a month doing sales anywhere else. You have to sell at the highest level in order to make a decent payout for all the work you did in the quarter. Underwriters make it hard to approve loans/lines so you can achieve your goals.

Pros

some flexibility in WFH, okay benefits, lots of opportunity for advancement

Cons

The problem is that loyalty is not rewarded. If you stay too long at the company, even with promotions- you'll still be under payed in the market. This is weird since they actually do surveys with competitors to see what market pay is, but they don't adjust salaries for it.
