Pros

1.Less work and job pressure. 2. Decent work life balance

Cons

1. Used to give good hikes till 2017. Stopped IJPs in times. 2. South Indian crowd and management. I barely seen lot of diverse people in a group. My manager was Telugu and i was only north indian from that 10/12 people team which is claustrophobic in times. 3. Stopped confirmation hikes since 2017 4. Technologies used are legacy mostly. Not counting analytics. Java dev is old school regular workers. No work for big data developers

Pros

Great room for advancement. If you are great with customers and love to sale, you will do great. If you don't have customer services skills and don't like to sale, don't waste your time. This company is a great company to work for but they are sales and customer orientated.

Cons

Depending on the district you may be placed, you may have an amazing management staff or the worst. If you don't meet your sales goals (may I say they are ridiculous, how many accounts can someone really open?) you will be placed on a warning and quickly pushed out.

Pros

Strong bank with strong traditions in lending. Strong name recognition with customers.

Cons

You will not have a life, you will be expexted to sell to friends and family twenty four hours seven days a week. They will change your compinsation plan each year to make it harder for you to earn incentive compensation. Be prepared to cold call and be yelled at by customers and management. If you are not meeting their goals that are set extremily high you will stay late and make outbound calls. Your job will be threatened by putting you on corrective action including being terminated for notmaking sales goals. Plenty of team members will seel inappropreate products to customers including credit products.
